Refund & Return Policy

While purchasing goods from us , you acknowledge and agree that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party. PLEASE NOTE
  • Full Unboxing Video is Mandatory for all your orders ,with out unboxing video no complaints accepted like damaged or broken product in shipping.
We do not provide refund on any goods sold and specially Personalized Products. WE STRICTLY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

However,Goods once sold can ONLY be exchanged in the following condition:

-if there is any major manufacturing defect in the item. Our return and exchange policy is however subject to the following:
  1. In case of exchange of a defective product, Customer will be provided with a credit voucher of the same amount as that of the product received defective, which has to be utilized by the customer within 15 days from the date of purchase of the defective product. In this case, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  2. Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached along with the box and package received with the product. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  3. Items should be unused and undamaged by the customer. Any used product will not be exchanged/returned.
  4. There is no return/exchange for an item purchased during sale or at a discounted price.

PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGE

  • Drop us a mail at info@veerjewelsgift.com with the details of the product you want to exchange along with the picture of the manufacturing defect. We will revert within 48 hours on this.
  • Any product that needs to be exchanged must be shipped back to us in a proper packaging within 4 days from the date of delivery on the following address:

Veer Jewels Makankuva, Opp.,Shri Krishna Printing Press, Nr., Shroff Bazar, Godhra – 389 001. Panchmahals, Gujarat, India.

  • Once we receive the product, we will provide you with a credit voucher or the exchange within 48 hours after a through check of the product.
  • The credit voucher will be applicable only on one purchase, irrespective of the amount. This credit amount cannot be used in two orders/transactions separately.
  • All exchanges will only be valid once per order only.
Note: For minor colour and design variations in the products from the photographs shared on the website would not be eligible for a exchange.
